What video quality do I need?
A phone camera is fine. Full body in frame, steady camera, decent light. Practice-room footage is exactly the right input — no production values required.
What happens to my video?
Your submissions are private — seen only by your assigned coach. You keep full ownership, and nothing is shared publicly unless you choose to share an approved take yourself.
How fast do reviews come back?
Our response time is 48 hours. Because coaches review across every time zone, reviews often land while you sleep.
Can couples submit together?
Yes — one submission, one review, both partners addressed. Ballroom, salsa, bachata, swing: partnered problems need a coach who can see both of you.
How is this different from AI scoring apps?
Scoring apps check how closely you match a reference video — useful for seeing how well you copied the choreography. A coach tells you why something fails, what to change in your body, and what to drill — including things no score can see: quality, musicality, partnering, safety. Use both if you like; they answer different questions.
